There appears to be a special arrangement or preferred treatment by the courts for FRES in that almost all properties that end up in the Probate courts in Orange County are given to this company. This is not uncommon and similar to the same issues with the Sanborn Group and Los Angeles County. The Sanborn Group has a close relationship with a very dishonorable and corrupt Judge Aviva K. Bobb
