In January of 2006, These “Officers” are believed to have willingly and knowingly participated in covering up acts of Elder Abuse / Embezzlement / Fraud etc. Against a disabled woman by Rondi Ophiem ( and possibly other deputies and staff ) from the Santa Clara County Public Guardians Office! Along with Gabriel Cuenca and Thomas Tortorici, there were two other Officers who allegedly acted as accomplices to this crime
