REPORTS AND HISTORY OF VIOLATIONS
ON THE ABOVE DATE AND TIME I OFFICER CURTIS RESPONDED TO 407 ALLISON CRT. ON A REPORT OF TELEPHONE HARASSMENT. UPON ARRIVING I WAS MET BY KEITH HONCHELL JR. WHO TOLD ME THAT HE AND HIS WIFE MICHELLE HAD MET ANOTHER  COUPLE A FEW WEEKS AGO AND HAD BEEN MEETING WITH THEM HAVING DINNER AND HANGING OUT. MR. HONCHELL STATED THAT THE GUY SAID HIS NAME WAS SHANNON AND HE WAS A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ATTORNEY AND LIVED IN FAIRVIEW. HE ALSO STATED THAT CRISTEN WAS THE FEMALE WITH SHANNON. MR. HONCHELL STATES THAT HE TOLD SHANNON THAT HE AND HIS WIFE HAD AND OPEN RELATIONSHIP AND ENJOYED BEING WITH OTHER COUPLES WHO ALSO HAD OPEN RELATIONSHIPS. SHANNON STATED THAT HE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THAT. ON THURSDAY THE 30TH OF DECEMBER 2010 MR. HONCHELL STATES THAT THEY ALL WHERE AT HIS FATHERS HOME AT ALLISON CRT. AND ONE THING LED TO ANOTHER AND EVERYONE WAS FINE. ON TODAYS DATE MR. HONCHELL STATES THAT HE RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM SHANNON SAYING THANKS FOR F**KING MY GIRL AND IM GOING TO KICK YOUR ASS WHEN I SEE YOU.
